About Abie

Abie Rosow, owner and director of Rosow Elite Performance started his basketball training/coaching career as a Junior in High School. He started out by giving lessons at local parks and riding his bike around Brooklyn to people’s backyards.

Abie’s playing career started at the Yeshivah of Flatbush where he served as the captain for the Varsity Basketball Team. Abie is a 4-time gold medal winner for Maccabi USA. After High School, Abie played Division 3 College Basketball at Hunter College in NYC. Abie’s passion is teaching the game of basketball to the youth. Abie returned to his Alma mater, Yeshivah of Flatbush to become the Head Coach of the JV High School Basketball Team in 2019. Abie was named assistant coach for Yeshiva University in 2023. He also serves as Magen David Yeshivah’s Skill Development Coach & is the head coach for both the 5th & 6th grade teams.
